You’ll begin to practice vulnerability, honest communication, and aligned action through powerful weekly challenges and community reflection.

This is where you stop talking about change and become the unapologetic man you were always meant to be.

Daily Movement Practice — Discipline breeds identity
No Alcohol / No Recreational Drugs (First 6 Weeks) — Clear body = clear mind
Radical Honesty — No lies, no masks, no filters. And if you lie, you will admit that lie as quickly as possible to self and or to others impacted.
No Giving Up
Weekly Courage Calls — Participants will be invited to a weekly courage call with the community of Man Made Courage participants. Before you begin week 1, make sure these calls are on your calendar and being prioritized. Show up, speak up, and be held accountable
